This is a Tibetan mantra invoking Chenrezig, Kuan Yin, Buddhas of Compassion. It is one of the most well known and most often used mantras in Tibetan culture, and is associated with the Dalai Lama who is said to be an incarnation of Chenrezig. There are many interpretations of these words, but the most important thing to me is that the words literally are the vibratory essence of the Divine embodiment of Love and Compassion, and so reciting this mantra creates / generates that energy within one’s self, which then ripples out into our world.  In the chorus of this song, I imagined a choir of Dakinis (goddesses) singing this prayer to all the beings of this world, blessing them with peace and love.

Many thanks to my dear friend Ann Bolinger-Mc Quade for allowing me to use her amazing cloud dragon photo for the cover of Songs Of Healing.

I ‘d like to share this news release regarding Ann and her new book Everyday Oracles.

~ Lisa Thiel

Ann Bolinger-McQuade has always sensed the world as alive, nurturing and interconnected, concepts deeply seeded in her Native American ancestry. For the past twenty-five years, she has been documenting her spiritual experiences, as well as those of others. “I’ve discovered that the universe is constantly responding to our needs by sending us timely messages of guidance and support through every form imaginable. I call these tailor-made messages personal oracles.”  explains Bolinger-McQuade. “Whether we recognize them or not, we are all being offered personal oracles on a daily basis.” Her new book Everyday Oracles Decoding the Divine Messages That Are All Around Us, will be released on July 11, 2013 by Jeremy P. Tarcher, an imprint of the Penguin Group. Within these pages, Bolinger-McQuade connects the dots between everyday personal oracles, the oracles of ancient history, the wisdom of indigenous cultures, and the science of 21st century quantum physics. Real life stories illustrate how personal oracles, those mysterious messages that illuminate the interconnections that run through everything in the universe, help us heal from illness, avoid danger, assuage our grief, reconnect us with loved ones who’ve passed and more.

“After years of studying the dynamics of personal oracles, and sharing this information I know how life changing it is when we incorporate their guidance into our everyday life.” For more information visit www.personaloracles.com.
